Serving the New England area since 1952, Legnos & Cramer, a division of Harrington Engineering, Inc., is fully licensed to practice professional engineering in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, and Rhode Island. For more than 50 years, the Legnos & Cramer brand has successfully engineered and designed thousands of the finest public and private facilities in the northeast. Directed by President, Robert Ricard, Legnos & Cramer operates independently as a “firm within a firm” and continues to specialize in turning engineering ideas into reality.

At Legnos & Cramer we understand that there is more than one approach to every situation, and that each job deserves individual attention. Our engineering team, therefore, carefully analyzes every project's unique requirements to determine which solution is best for each project. As a valued customer, you can expect an organized, seamless, step-by-step process that takes a sketch of an idea and transforms it into reality. Every project that Legnos & Cramer manages goes through a comprehensive six step process: conceptual drawings, schematic design, design development, final planning, contract documents, and construction administration. Additionally, each project we begin is assigned to a qualified project manager, authorized to make decisions for the firm. This enables our clients to be in direct contact with us, having one person who is accountable for the quality, schedule, accuracy and budget for each project. We do not consider our work finished until it each project has received the owner/agency final acceptance and you are completely satisfied with the results.
